BIBLE AND BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER (Tools for the Journey)
As Fr. Frank explained in his recent letter, it is his hope that we can grow spiritually. Toward this end, he believes we will need the tools to help us in this process, and two of these tools are a Bible (modern translation) and a Book of Common Prayer. If you don't have a New Revised Standard Version Bible (NRSV) (or similarly modern translation) and/or a Book of Common Prayer (BCP), he would like to ask the Vestry to authorize the purchase of these for each household at no cost. But we need to know how much that would cost. Please fill out the sheet to help us evaluate the cost of this goal. Your relationship with God is our business, and we intend to be pro-active in helping you in that relationship.
