THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO
August 12 - Twelth Sunday after Pentecost - 9 am - coffee and fellowship following
FALL FAIR DATE
Our fall fair will be held on Saturday, November 3. Begin bringing in items for sale and plan on volunteering.
WELCOME
This morning we welcome our old friend Fr. Otto, who will be with us until Fr. Frank returns.
INTERCESSIONS APPEAL
Our intercessions list keeps getting longer and longer. There are names on the list that go back years, and we do not know why the folks are on the list. In September we will erase the list and begin anew. Therefore, if you know that someone should remain on the intercession list, please fill out the form in the back and there will be no change. Otherwise the names will be removed. Thank you.
COFFEE HOUR APPEAL
The sign-up sheet for hosting a Coffee Hour can be found on the table in the back of the church. Please take a turn in this important church ministry.
In addition, could folks help with the cleanup after Coffee Hour. We all love the time for fellowship, but the irksome job of cleaning up seems to fall on only a few.
'SOCK' IT TO THEM!
Nancy Fetsurka has brought to our attention the need of veterans at the Coatesville VA hospital for socks. We will begin a 'sock campaign' to collect as many pairs of new socks as we can. There will be a box behind the last pew for your donation.
THANKS TO THOSE WHO SERVE
Chalice: Jeremy Boothe, Anna Farrell; Lectors: Sandy Viola, Barbara Frost; Altar Guild: Jeremy Boothe; Cantor: David Mayersky
